Overview
This course is aimed at those looking for an introduction into the field of business risk management plus practitioners who need to have a broad understanding of risk management. It introduces the concept and nature of risk as it relates to a range of organisations using a variety of concepts and stories to aid understanding. The principles of risk management are then addressed, covering the AS/NZS 4360, ISO 31000 and COSO standards. These principles are then translated into practical implementable steps with illustrative case studies to enable you to understand what is involved in creating a risk management framework and process across all risk disciplines. The course contains many practical examples and relevant case studies delivered in a workshop environment.
